ACCOUNTS
Accounts are for single users only. If you login under multiple IP Addresses your account will get blocked and it will not be recovered. 
Your account is for tracking your wishlist, orders, and even staying connected. 
Create an account by clicking the Log In feature in the upper right hand corner of the website.

Once you have that selected you will see your options for creating a new account. 








Once your account is created you can make purchases that will be tracked and available in your order history and items to your wishlist! 


Don't forget to log in each time you want to make a purchase! 
If you forget to login before making your purchase there is no way to go in and add your previous order to your account. 

 
If you have forgotten your password. Just go to the login screen, choose login, and click "Forgot Password" this will send a reset password email and prompt you to reset your password. 

That is it! You are an active member on the website. 
You are welcome to go in and update your profile and fill out any information you would like but you are not required to do so.

ORDERING
Ordering is easy, just add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. 
Make sure to add any coupons prior to checking out. There is no way to go in and adjust your order once you have checked out. 

Remember make sure you are logged in so your order is placed in your profile and you can go back to it later. 
Occasionally after your order there may be a slight delay from the time your order is placed to your receipt and downloads going to your email. If you don't receive it within 30 minutes please email your name and order number so we can check where the issue is. 
Often times this happens when you have entered the wrong email at check out. 





 

 
DOWNLOADING
Once you have completed your payment on the website you will be redirected to the download page. 
-Note that if you are on your phone or tablet you may not be redirected. It is not recommended that you download your files from your mobile phone or tablet device. If you purchase while on your phone or tablet you will only receive the downloads through your email.

In addition to being immediately redirected you will receive a link with your purchase receipt and a link to your downloadable files through the email address that you purchased with.

-Common issues with downloads occur when your internet speed is not strong enough. Make sure to check your connection for any issues if you experience problems in your initial download. This can include but is not limited to downloads that will not unzip, error codes, and empty or incomplete files. 

If you have checked your connection and attempted to re-download and unzip your files and you are still experiencing an error, please report the error you are having, what steps you have tried and of course your order number and what product you are having issues with.

 
When you click "download your files will save depending on how your computer is set up to save your files. Most computers will save to your downloads folder. Occasionally your computer will prompt you to choose a location to save.  

If you are having trouble locating your files after your download. Go to your start menu and click This PC this will launch a new PC window and in the upper right hand corner you will see "Search this PC" You can search your PC via the name of the product (usually it is the same as the product name, but occasionally we have changed the name so it will not conflict with other products. I personally recommend searching by the date of purchase. This will pull up all files downloaded or saved for the date you search.)
